Meet Jodi!

It should only take about one second to see why we couldn’t wait to have one of our favorite girls, Jodi, back in the studio. It’s not only because the Birmingham native is beyond gorgeous, but also because she’s totally down-to-earth and a real inspiration.

The sweet Jodi can do it all. Besides modeling, she studied photography, designs costumes and is also trained as a make up artist.

We’re more than excited that the UK-born model took some time to chat with us about her funniest modeling experience and the biggest influences in her life.

Where is your hometown?
Birmingham, UK

What’s your favorite song?
“Creep” by Radiohead

When did you start and what did get you into modelling?
I started modelling when I was around 16 and I got into it purely through studying make up and photography as other students would always ask me to model for them. I was quite shy at first but this gave me more confidence and I realised its something I really enjoyed so I just started building up my portfolio and here I am now.

The funniest experience you had modelling?
I always have fun when I'm modelling but one experience in particular was when I was on location in the Peak Distract, it was snowing very heavily and it was very cold. I had to get to the top of one of the mountains in heals which took a lot of effort, then we did the shoot and came back down. When I was at the bottom I realised I only had one glove and the other one was at the top of the mountain! It wasn't fun getting it back at the time but I laugh about it now.

What's your beauty secret?
I would have to say drink plenty of water, don't sleep in your make up, use a good face mask every so often, moisturise daily and my biggest secret is 'Sudocrem' if I have a spot the day before a shoot I just pop a bit of this cream on the spot and it the morning its gone! Brilliant its saved me on many occasions

What are the biggest inspirations for your style?
I think my biggest inspiration for my style has to be the music I listen to. Music is really important to me and I like to show that in the clothing I wear.

If you could be another person for one day who would it be?
I would be a male rock star so I could firstly find out what its like to be a man and secondly see what it would be like to play to thousands of people, two things I'm curious about ha ha.

What do you want to do in five years from now?
I still am not completely certain of where I want to be or what I want to do but as long as I'm happy and successful in whatever I'm doing at the time then I'll be pleased!

A Pretty Attitude:
Just be yourself! You can’t please everyone so stop trying to and you will be a lot happier!
